Working with NHS Fife - Dr Steve Birrell, Consultant Psychiatrist

Dr. Birrell is, by far, the best NHS Psychiatrist in Fife, in my experience, as his former Patient. In my view, in the 21st century, ALL Psychiatrists should be as modern in approach as Dr. Birrell. Far too many of them are still living in the 20th century, in terms of their practice, philosophy and approach. It's a postcode lottery who one's NHS Psychiatrist is; and if Dr. Birrell can treat all Patients are equals, with respect and be down to earth - then ALL Psychiatrists could choose to do so.
