Thx for the video Marcus, but i'm not getting WHY you'd use dynamic expansion in this type of case instead of just permanently boosting the frequencies that are missing or weak. The dynamics only get applied when the signal hits that frequency, so why not just make a normal permanent boost of the frequency. It would make sense if the EQ was on a bus group or something with multiple instruments/parts, but not when it's sitting on a specific track by itself. The CUT part of this i get, that makes sense, but using it to boost, doesn't make sense.

Has anyone noticed the relatively high latency on this version of the plug-in? I’m seeing 36ms, about 10x what I expected to see. Fab Filter ProQ3 on same track is 4ms in zero latency mode.

There is something substantially wrong with the code. When bouncing the track with the Pro eq3 on the track , it cuts the beginning of the rendered track off. Make sure there is no extra space in the beginning of that track, before rendering. It’s a serious bug. Who knows what else is wrong with that program. Rendering is a very important issue, there must be something wrong with the code, my guess. And that’s with their own plug-in, let alone the third party plugs.
