One thing to add a little more variety is to get those microwave Rice-a-roni bowls. One bowl is a serving. What I do is heat up the bowl in the microwave and prep whatever extras I want to add. I like to slice thin strips of Spam and grill it on a bed of onions with thin strips of sweet peppers and let the onions burn just a little bit. Add fresh ground pepper and then mix it with the Rice-a-roni in a bowl. Tastes great when it's f-freezing outside.

Hey, local Phoenician here, 70 degrees is still to hot! Lol. I live in an RV, this summer has been the most brutal yet, i moved up here from Tucson back in '96. My b-day July 25th it was about 119 degrees OUTSIDE, inside, maybe 140 or so, my circuit breaker popped so my pups and I sat for 4 hrs untill the temp went down enough for me to turn on the AC. 🥵. We're still in the '90s now, but I'm glad tripple digits are done for now. Hey, the cooking scenes are great, I don't use my propane stove, I have an electric hot plate and electric skilit and they work great. Microwave and crockpot to. I follow and watch others like myself, I pick up tips, get ideas, it's pretty cool. Nowadays, the nomad lifestyle seems to be the most affordable. Well, sorry for the long talk, have a good night.

regarding the broken knob on your stove. ive had a similar problem with my stove. i jus t switched out the knob from the burner in the back and moved it to the front. just try switching out the knob.

Well done love camping but one thing Buckle buckle Up even for your fur Pup.We had a few truck accidents in two years time. in our town .One dog went out the windshield the other dog,There was crack a hole enough to crawl out and ran in the woods and they didn’t find him up to two weeks. He was bruised up bad, but the neighborhood went out and searched for him.

You know this is a situation I worry about constantly. I’m not 100% sure how to buckle him up for him to still be comfortable because he is such a small dog. I worry that if I tie him to his collar that if we got into an accident, it might hurt him more? Honestly, getting into a wreck would just be a bad situation I never want! Obviously, I have no choice in the matter but maybe I should look into better safety restraints for Mason. Do you have any suggestions?

I use them on my Rottweiler and German Shepherd my husky and my great Dane mind you I didn’t have them on the same time but I also use for my puppies they worked wonderful, especially if you open the door and they want to Bolt out the door. They also have the car seats for specially for dogs.

Ironically I watched a video today that talked about how most people aren’t depressed, they just need to have a goal in life. Im not saying you are depressed l, but it got me thinking about that in my own life and I feel like they are exactly right!! When I was just taking each day at a time I was miserable!! This channel has been a huge goal for me!! In fact probably one of the longest things I have worked for with practically no pay or reward until two and a half years into it!! I can honestly say this channel has changed my life is so many ways for the better!! I think because I was focused on a goal and it makes me happier than ever to know it’s all finally starting to come together!! And yes, please slow down and enjoy life and make family a priority! I ended up in the hospital for chest pains and realized something had to change. I haven’t regretted my decision at all!! Luckily the chest pains were anxiety and not a heart attack!! But it scared me enough to change my ways.

I have pictures of my bike and a trailer I pull at the parking lot of a lake on Moonshiners run on the Tail of the Dragon in the Great Smoky Mountains. The lake was covered in fog for the first hour I was there. I wish I could upload a photo of it. Traveling and new experiences are the best memories out there.

Sometimes, he was stuck at work and sent mother and my three younger siblings and my cousin, camping. I assumed all dad's role, fetch, water, wood, my usual, do dishes and help tend to my younger siblings. That's a nice camp sight. Very beautiful. As for the burner, try some needle nose pliers. It's not going to fix the problem,but you might be able to use it.

After this video, I actually took someone’s advice and switched out the entire burner assembly with another burner. So now I’m finally able to use my front burner! Hallelujah! Thank you though for your help! 😊

If I understand it correctly some plastic is stuck inside the shaft. If so, just drill it out. You may need to pick around to get all the remnants out. Then you can put a new original type knob back on. Nice rig you have there.

The cooking scenes, are actually my favorite part..I was thinking today, before I watched your video how every time you cook I want to try the recipe 😀..Not only men watch these things😉. I grew up camping with my family, and then my husband, myself and our 2 children lived and traveled in a pull camper 10 years..Precious memories.. We actually had 2 different campers.. Anyway, I am no stranger to the camping life and meal prep & cooking is as much a part of it as the rest.. I enjoy the dogs, sight seeing and the scary noises at night…. Keep up the good work.

People either love them or hate them 😂 I have been purposely trying to show less cooking recently for those who don’t care for those scenes. But now that we are getting into colder weather I have been in the mood to have some nice warm wholesome dinners in the camper so I’ll start putting more effort into those scenes moving forward… at least for a while lol. Unfortunately, I’m not able to just switch the knob over but I am going to possibly try to see if I can’t switch the burners around so at least I can maybe start using that front burner again

Where are you in Arizona. I live in Glendale z. Your camper reminds me of my great grandpa and grandma who loves to go to Big lake on the Apache Reservation near Greer. He loves fishing and every spring my mom dad me had my brother and other relatives would meet them up there and wed camp and have fun. Have not done that a long time and now am in my fifties and mysd that. Someday soon I'm going to get to camp again. You look like your having a good time and that's what counts

Hey as far as your epoxy. Make sure you scratch up your surface on both ends to get a better bond. Makes a big difference! Love your videos!!

Larry, Great Video!! My Wife & I enjoy our Tuesday Truck Camper videos with you & Kenny! What we like are your cooking videos, any Truck camper modifications you make, your description of the areas you stay in and there locations(of course, some remain secret!), , history etc.. BTW your video of the caves and in the Two Gun area was freakin GREAT! We really learn a lot watching!! One Tuesday video can be enough, we know it takes a lot to put one out every week, 2 a week would probably be too much and may lose something!! We pick up our Truck Camper by the end of the month and can't wait!! Of course Mason looks cool with his hair cut. Do you have any problem with fleas or ticks? Good evening from Godley Texas, had a great 8 days at Fort Parker State Park TX. You can drain a can of pinto beans then add to the chili. Cheese is a must. For some reason sounds are always amplified at night. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe and happy travels 😎

I thought that repair you did was really great it would be cool to see someone do the entire camper in that diamond plate at much as it could be. I prefer your truck camper your park camper with slide outs makes me always worry about fail to open. I personally love the look of air stream?? My grandparents owned one for 40 years and it was never needing repair..upgrade but not repair.

I couldn’t agree with you more, unfortunately I’m not the best fisherman. I did a catch and cook probably about a year ago on one of my videos and I had to return to the same lake four times at a cost of about $600 before I caught one minimum length fish. Ha ha ha.

Honestly, when I heard that noise, it did sound weird, but it sounded like it was so far away that I didn’t feel like I needed to stress too much. Ha ha ha plus Mason didn’t seem too concerned so I wasn’t that scared. Now I have heard things in the woods that have scared me to the point to where I’ve left my location, I guess it just depends on the situation.
