I can tell you definitely put in the work. Just an observation, but, with your right arm, you kept the dumbbell straight up an down on every rep, but, with the left one, on a few of the reps, you pronated about 30 degrees on the way up. Want you to keep your hard earned symmetry!

I hurt a tendoned in my right wrist. So certain angles I feel twinges from time to time.

Your biceps are impressive, but your reps would probably work better if you didn’t sway with the rep. Instead, try controlling your rep up and down without moving the rest of your body.
