Never thought I would miss the sound of cadence when I went thru Basic Training in 1972. Now as a 67 yr old Army Retiree, I crave the cadence as I brisk walk 10K.

Never had the balls to serve and it’s one of my biggest regrets…. But I listen to these when I go running and it’s helped me lose massive amounts of weight. God bless our veterans and God bless the United States. 🇺🇸

I domt care how boot I sound. Ever since being a little kid Cadences have been my therapy, they help me through literally anything. Bout to go compete? Cadences. Dealing with a death? Cadences. Needed to be reminded that you are a badass and will endure ANYTHING? cadences.

I was in boot camp in 1988. I was fat. I was the "road guard". I wasn't fat for long. I'm 57 now and I still run. I have over 300 5K's under my belt. If it wasn't for the Army and running cadence I'd be either dead or a fat f*** with diabetes and waiting for death. Army HOORAH!!!

I got a week or two left of background checks and ill be ready to join after my physical, i need to loose 15lbs whichever is easy since i already work in a drive shaft factory moving about 24k pounds of drive shafts each day for 8hrs. Situps and pushups i need to do, everything else in the army and hopefully airborne will be easy since i already bust my ass. “1 2 3 4 i love the army corp, 4th gen member joinin inta da corp”
To 20m running max to 40m with a playlist .... Well
