yes, but most beginners need to get a better baseline strength. I'd recommend linear progression to start until you hit plateaus.

I noticed the small channels only speak the truth about fitness and power. Sadly they don't get views because it goes against peoples beliefs and people aren't willing too try anything that defies their beliefs'.

Hey, are there any exercises to increase my strength and speed at home? theres no gym in my area :( oh btw, i really like your video, i am a 14 year old girl and i have been looking for exercises that will increase my strength without gaining weight and muscle because i want to learn some boxing and i came across your videos, it's very good and well edited, I'm looking forward to your future videos

Can u tell me why eddie has equal punch power equals to francis? Whereas he was powerlifter and morever francis was born puncher Then why eddie has as much Eddie Has he genes of punching power like that? Because i heard punchers are born 😭😭😭 i am too confuse

the ability to recruit muscles and delivery power has a lot to do with the nervous system. Muscle density plays a part but the transfer of energy and recruitment can play a bigger role
