BLOOPERS: blooper means I said something incorrectly. This video is recorded and uploaded without any edits. So I catch the mistakes after it's uploaded. Today's bloopers and corrections
I said, "the whole week of February". - I should have said, "the whole MONTH of February"
I said, "monch" which is not a word. I should have said, monTH with the TH blend at the end. The soft TH. Like at the end of "math".
Why did I say "monch" instead of "month" ? I think it's because I was just listening to a podcast where the person speaking was not using the TH blend at all. It sounded like CH and a hard T at times. This is an example of how you should watch and listen to videos or podcasts of how you want to sound. If you want to learn native general English, listen to that accent or speakers that use this. If you want to learn British English listen to speakers using this accent. It's really preference and what you need for your purpose.
