While not punching in the same weight class, my 2016 f150 has been a great truck for me. Standard maintenance and the first set of new tires this fall after 100k miles all for the bargain price of $34k new off the lot. Worth every penny.

@steveatlas3492 like any vehicle, I've never heard of a single model or manufacturer that has a perfect record, hence the reason I said it's been a great truck for me. Buying a used truck, you're also at the mercy of the previous owner. If I can get another 100k or more out and 8 years out of this truck, I'll certainly consider buying another one. If I can get past the fact that the same model's price has almost doubled in 8 years.

I’ve got the twin to your truck and it’s never let me down. It’s hauled a lot of my excavation equipment. Been on and out of some of the smallest and tightest camp access roads hauling equipment, plowing and sanding. Still my all time favorite of all my superduty’s from my 2017 to my current 2022s. My 2017 f250 6.2L developed electrical issues around 4yrs of work and don’t get me wrong it did more work than it was built for. I upgraded to the 2019 f350 6.7 and fell in love with that truck. I’ve bought a 2020 f550 and sold that. Two 2022 f350 w/ 7.3 and have since sold them too. I kept my 2022 f350 w/ 6.7 and I have my 2022 f600 6.7 w/ the switch n go system. My f600 is definitely another great truck falling close behind this 2019. Definitely keeping mine till it won’t run no more. So far it got brakes and batteries last year. This year I’m replacing the locking hubs. Everything else is original!

very similar experience, - 2017 f350 , cclb diesel. new shocks , front springs, and steering dampener at 120,000 miles. rebuilt the front end at 160,000 miles along with 1 new rear leaf on drivers side. Front brake pads twice now, rear brakes once. Had to replace an O-ring in my top coolant hose because it was dripping in -15 F temps (o-ring was flat and had shrunk in the cold - no need to replace hose itself) Cab lights started leaking around 100k miles so resealed them. had to change the lower steering shaft to eliminate some of the feedback in the pedals and floorboards. Diligent fluid and filter changes for everything (oil, fuel filters, differentials, tranny, coolant - all according to Ford's severe intervals) That's it, in 8 years of ownership and over 160,000 miles of service. Towing mini excavator, farm machinery, goosenecks, dump trailer, etc. Daily driving to work and taking my kids all over. Live on a severely rough farm road with potholes too and the front end lasting this long is impressive to me.
