Gday, it’s unbelievable the regulations when it comes to buildings, my workshop here had to be piered and I was blown away at the depths they wanted, certainly not going to slide down the hill that’s for sure, the halo is a brilliant idea and I’ve never seen the bottom hole cleaner setup before, so simple but effective, brilliant job mate, if I lived closer I’d give a hand, cheers

Just remembered mowing season is coming your way. Time to break out mowzuki and see how fast you can mow that lawn. Top speed run?

I guess it's all relative, piers on the last foundation I had done were between 12' to 19'...into rock.

Hi mate, wow, do you mean you had to drill over 12 feet into rock? Seems odd given rock should be plenty solid enough to support the house by itself….

Does this need an inspection before pouring?

Hi mate, depending on the approval there are usually inspections at certain points. In my case, pier holes were inspected before reo and concrete going in. Once all portal frame complete there's another inspection and then a final one on completion.

Building a mobile drive through for a bank. With pneumatic system. Frame inspection, insulation inspection, final inspection, final fire, and final zoning inspection. I just don’t know when I need to call the I sections

@@Stop_the_cap311 Yep, there can be a lot of inspections and red tape to get through. I'm fairly lucky that I don't have too much of that. As long as you stick to the approved plans there shouldn't be a problem
