Right Channel (Pingala Nadi) is the future - so it's all the planning, acting and overthinking, Right side makes you overactive, hot and hard to find peace and calm down etc. Left Channel (Ida Nadi) is the past - so it's the emotions, desires, thinking of the past and memories etc. Left side makes you depressed, sad, tired, lethargic etc. Centre Channel (Sushmana Nadi) is the present - this is where we should be. Being in the centre channel makes us balanced (so it is not too much of the right or too much of the left). This is where our kundalini rises to our Sahasrara. Footsoaking is a great technique to follow in the evening. In Sahaja Yoga, foot soaking is done everyday before going to bed. TeAwhina Clark i have heard that as footsoaking method, there is some hair oiling method. Do you know about that?

@@kkartikaa1 You can use pure coconut oil and almond oil to massage your head and apply it to hair. Coconut oil is good for hot/warm weather as it is a cool oil. Best to do it on a Saturday for example, and then wash your hair the next day. Massaging helps to nourish the nerves and clear the chakras on our head! Hope this helps!
