I yave went through this session. And its reaaly amazing. I would definitely like to attend such sessions in future as well. And, my question is.. Is the genes should be involved? Can we cant perform Network Analysis with the help of Proteins only?
@akashsaggam18212 жыл бұрын
There could be different synonyms for the same protein. We refer the universally accepted and unique gene names of the protein to avoid duplications.

Thanks for such wonderful video on network pharmacology. I really enjoyed listening to it completely. I'm eagerly waiting for the cytoscape session, though I'm not the participant of the workshop. If you could record and post the cytoscape session it will help many who are interested in this science though they didn't get opportunity to learn from you directly. Thank you. Dr. M. R. Srinivasan, MVSc, DABT, ERT, PhD

What is an alternative database for bindingdb
@innocentokpako6195 Жыл бұрын
Hi, thanks very much for this lecture- I had been looking for materials to help me understand network pharmacology for weeks and this has come through for me. Meanwhile, in BindingDB you copied the targets and pasted in Excel, I can't paste in my Excel the way you did, all I copied from the BindingDB is pasting in one column unlike your own that spread across the prepared columns that you created. I use windows 11, Excel 2016. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing. I would like to do the same with Pharmmapper results because I did not find any target with dbinding...Can then I upload the files on Cytoscape to build a network?

@saritasoni8842 жыл бұрын
Hello sir i have a doubt..In Disgenet you have a demo of Uniprot genes of homo sapiens but how did you get that...i mean ABCB1, BRCA1, AND CA1 ...with last step we got uniprot gene of AR..so how did u got that value
@akashsaggam18212 жыл бұрын
There could be different synonyms for the same protein. We refer the universally accepted and unique gene names of the protein to avoid duplications. We used UniProt Database for the same. Please refer the video from here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d4ialZ6ima-ra6s
