If this is anything like FM23 then you should be able to get your chairman Brian Melvin to approve improving the junior coaching and the youth recruitment. The facilities at Butlin Road are ridiculous for the level the team is at, you get improvements even if you are semi-pro and only train twice a week. I got my junior coaching to exceptional by the end of my 2nd year there and my intakes were always stacked. Eventually I sold a kid for enough to turn the team professional and everything just took off from there. Rugby Town is an oustanding choice for Park to Prem this year, I can't wait to see how you do things with them.

If you need another tactic, try out a 4-1-3-2, with a half back, playmaker in the middle, and mezzalas either side, and AF/PF/DLF up front!
