Thanks, i felt stupid when i started this game up. I got it because i used to play zoo tycoon as a kid and i expected it to be a bit like that but nooo.. Theres so many more things to this game xD

Hey! You're welcome :D yea I started during the beta and oh boy, it was absolute chaos xD but yea, if it's too much for you, you can also always go for sandbox mode

honestly same. I was a big zoo tycoon player as a kid - this was that but on steroids. I am still new to the game - I am working through sandbox mode (unlimited funds) until I can figure out what I am doing. XD

Yea I just got Planet Zoo as well, it is basically what I expected Zoo Tycoon to become in the future. Pretty awesome. A lot more learning. I do miss the dinosaurs and my bigfoot, but I appreciate the more realistic approach.

do you assign vendors to specific shops or do you assign them to work zones? when you put the shop in, the vendor that comes with it is automatically assigned to that shop. do you leave it like that or do you then change the assignment to a work zone instead?

hey how do i add a habiat to an exsistung workzone without having to make new workzones just to add people to the correct workzone

There are a couple ways to do it but the easiest I think is to select a nearby habitat that you want to add the new one to, then go to the tab where it says the work zone and you can edit right from there and add the new exhibit. Hope this makes sense 😊

Hi, I've got good control of the game, but which zone should I put the security guard on?

Hey! Hmm, i usually either keep my security guards out of work zones, or add one each to the standard workzones. If you have very small workzones, you could also make separate ones for security guards - say, one guard per 5 habitats. Obviously where and how many you need depends on visitor density, not habitats, but that's kinda a decent rule of thumb in my experience :)

@@Yrillya So what you're saying is that my security guard can be deployed in each zone? Thought more if there were no special zones for the security guard, like with some of the others, they have fixed places they should be, but as I hear it, it sounds like I can put him on anywhere?

@@benjaminmogensen3127 yea, basically just make sure your security guards theoretically speaking cover the whole area. Tbh i never had any issues with crime even in bigger zoos, especially with security cams and such, so I never focus too much on where I put my guards
