I realize that this comment was two years ago but even so it was invalid then. He was the only 1A palyer then to have been a 3x World Champion (4x now obviously). Shinji Saito then was a 11x World Champion I believe, and Daisuke Shimada has been a 4x 3A World Champion for 7 years now. Also, Hiroyuki Suzuki scored 3rd place in 2003 World's.

@Itachitobisaga Jensen doesn't really have a fast style, so there's no need to protect his hands from the friction. Also, the type of gloves that Mickey wears are not only meant to protect the hands but they allow less friction so one can preform faster.
