World awaits Hamas response to Israel cease-fire, hostage release proposal

Why not also interview a family member of one of the Palestinian hostages that Israel has kept prisoner for months, if not years? Maybe one of the mothers of Palestinian teens Israel has arrested and kept confined with no charges for years? Why are we only supposed to feel sorry for the Israelis, whose suffering has been far less than the Palestinian suffering?
