This would be an excellent way to use shopping mall bookstores that closed. Line the shelves with ramen noodles, put in a few vending machines for toppings, and put a self service hot water cooking kiosk/microwave in the middle 😋

maybe in other places, I dont think Americans have the mental capacity for something like this. This place would probably get sued because some kid burned his hand on the hot plate or from the hot water dispenser, or even from cutting himself with the scissors.

@@zahor0269 Careless child lottery or just trying to take advantage of the system. Yrs. ago, I read there was a stationery store that had a cat that sat on the counter. Some young office worker who walked into the store petted the cat and the cat scratched her. Probably pulled the cats tail. The office worker got her up and coming boyfriend lawyer to sue. It made the paper. I forget the settlement but there was back-lash in the local newspaper. Today, some shops have pets in their place of business. Me personally, shopkeepers are asking for problems the way people are. Have a good day.

They give you a bowl-- not to eat out of, but to dump your dirty water into instead of just dumping it into the sink. I would rather eat my food out of the bowl. I don't get why they would bother washing dishes for this purpose. You could give people plastic covers to put up against the carton to strain it.

Has this lady ever made ramen before? For the Samyang ramyeon, you're supposed to add the soup base at the beginning so the noodles get cooked in the broth. For the Zhawang noodles, you're supposed to add the "flakes" which include dried veggie pieces at the beginning because they need to be rehydrated. It's a pain because you have to be careful not to dump them when you strain the water but it's a necessary step. Also at 5:25 it says to "add egg after 1:30 minutes left" and "add cheese after 30 seconds left". She used both in the Samyang ramyeon but ignored the instructions and put them in after it finished cooking.

@labj143 2 жыл бұрын
Legally, you can't make rules for a customer to wash their hands, but you can enforce it for employees to wash hands and take food safety courses. But you can require patrons to wear gloves. And logically, people are less likely to notice they need to change their gloves as opposed to noticing their uncovered hands are dirty. Edit: As to why it's impossible to force customers to wash their hands. Almost all businesses don't have customer sinks that are outside the restroom. But all kitchens have sinks. And most food service laws require a sink outside the restroom that is to be used regardless of whether a person washed their hands in the restroom or not.

The subs on the video say tteokbokki but that's incorrect, it's called "tteok" and it's a dense, chewy substance made from sticky rice. It's from South Korea and is the main ingredient in tteokbokki, a very popular street food that involves cooking tteok in a spicy sauce with other ingredients which can vary. It's also used in some other recipes.
