It looks exactly the same as 24. I don't understand how they don't have the technology by now to make the movement look more realistic. It looks so jerky and weird.

It's not the same at all. Play it yourself. The new L2 skating, way more skating animations, exhaustion is more realistic forcing faster line changes which is more realistic, and the reactive animations are there as well and very noticeable. They added plenty in terms of actual gameplay changes. Actual edge work is there now. You can use your skates for once. The AI is alot better as well. I don't get all the complaining... how different do you want a sports game to be from year to year? The sport itself doesn't change and the technology has pretty much hit a plateau. At this point we are only going to get a few upgrades and changes from year to year. the character models are also different. They aren't giants anymore, sapian tech is implemented. It's a sport that remains the same year in and year out... "it looks the same". How much different do you expect it to look? Hockey is hockey.

@@Remmy0930 I'm talking graphically. The movement looks completely unnatural still. Especially with the kind of money that company has. And I expect a lot of improvement year over year from a game that wants to charge me 70 to 100 dollars every year. You want slight improvements, charge $25 for yearly DLC then.
