World Championship Blacksmiths 2018 season is in full swing. The Goshen Stampede is the second stop for the WCB crew. The judge for the Goshen, CT contest is Robert Jukes. In this video Robert walks you through a step by step process in making a front navicular shoe. The class will require the competitors to make a pair of these shoes. The shoes will be made out of 8 1/2" x 1/2" 3/4". The specimen measures 4 3/8" wide x 4 1/2" long. The step downs are 2 3/8" long and it is punched for a Liberty E-2. The contest will be June 15-17, 2018.
