As a trader I think I would prefer a real trader talking about psychology. This guy is talking from a spectator point of view.

That's a fair point, although many sport coaches aren't actually athletes. They focus all their time & energy on the coaching instead of splitting their focus on 2 things.

Hey Etienne, thanks for another good interview! I have a question regarding consistency. I have achieved consistency of processes, control of my mindset, and thus performance. However, from small losing streaks, I lose confidence. Do you have any tips you have for people like me?

Assuming you have a tested strategy with an edge, look at your back-test results and this will give you confidence that the small losing streaks don't matter. lose a little, lose a little, lose a little, bigger winner, lose a little, bigger winner... One of my set ups had 8 losers in a row so I have done more back-testing and have revised it. Also market conditions change which get out of sync with proven strategies.
