World Conqueror Modding (big map mod)

guys im sorry for the background noises i cant have a quite place...
but that out of the way i need some help to the Generals Flag on their background
and im sorry for the original maker if i didnt mention em i didnt know who,
also ill be making the background flag and add some buffs to the generals since i realised some of then are very Op some are very weak i want every nation to be Op
since if everyones OP no one is :)
and it might take long to fix em since the files are so messsy---
