She started the last season nearly as strong being in the yellow bip, but got sick afterwards. Hopefully she finally gets a healthy season

@ She was competing for the yellow bib last time, but she is in a much better position this year, her ski speed especially is top shelf. Last season she was a bit slower compared to French and the Scandinavian women. All non Scandinavian nations have worked on their ski speed for this season, so both men’s and women’s races are competitive and exciting to watch.

@@frenchandindianreact her skiing shape is for sure more consistently good, last season she had top skiing times for a few races, but that also has to do with espciallly the German team seemingly figuring out the ski wax better after the change, cause last season they have been very insonsistent and ofc in Franziskas case that she finally had a good pre season without much illness

It's a wonder that Preuss only won her 2nd race in her life there, knowing how consistent she can be at the shooting range and the track as well. Also, Anamarija Lampic made it look easy on the track in this race. Gaping the 2nd fastest racer Elvira Oeberg by 17 seconds in a sprint is a different league
