World Cup Park in the winter rain - Sleep well with Rain sounds that help you forget insomnia.

I took a walk in World Cup Park in the rain in winter. I can't forget the cheers from the 2002 World Cup, but it's already been more than 20 years. Even though it's winter, it's raining cool because it's the temperature of the video. It's nice to hear the sound of rain after a long time.

Listening to white noise increases alpha wave emissions and decreases beta wave emissions in the brain. Alpha waves are brain waves that come out when the mind is focused or resting, and beta waves are frequencies that come out when the brain is unstable.
Therefore, when you hear the sound of rain, alpha waves increase, making your brain feel comfortable and helping you relax a lot.

Guess its a bad night. I don’t dwell on this much as it’s obviously inevitable, but i have mortality on the mind.
