Hatsune_mikuxX Sure, in the Kirby universe, where those things are impressive, its terrifying. However, if he existed in a universe with higher power scaling, such as Dragon Ball (yes, shots fired.), then he really wouldn't be all that scary. Well, to the average person in Dragon Ball he would still be terrifying, but the any of the actual fighters, he would just be a mild nuisance.
