Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Mint and coriander leaves
Green chillies paste of 5
Garam masala powder - 2 teaspoon
Milk - 1/2 cup
Few saffron strands
Onions - 4 big
Oil - 1 cup
Garam masala powder

Basmati rice - 1 kilo
Water for boiling
Salt - 6 teaspoon
Half a lemon
Few mint and coriander leaves
