THAT doesn't count, it stayed on the whole time and was slightly broken. I also didn't count WF 10 for the same reason. The wheel has to at least be mostly detached.

Sometimes they just hit the axle the wrong way, brake it, land too hard, or land too much on a specific wheel. I'm not sure exactly how, though. How old are you?
