Depending on your mulligan luck, it's perfectly possible to already lose against the second boss (the shadow dragon). She cleared my board 6 times in a row, and then you're already in danger of fatigue. It can definitely happen.

Satchury In order to beat the challenge you have to win with all nine classes in a row, if you lose along the way, you have to restart with a new account.

Well, the Twitch Hearthstone Dungeon Run Challenge was to complete all nine classes with as few losses as possible, so the leaderboard has some people who beat it with 11 attempts and with 12 attempts, last I heard. There's $30k in prize money involved too, for the top three finishers in the "survival round", which Trump qualified for with his perfect run...pretty sure he's the only one to complete a flawless run of all nine before the deadline...I guess technically there might be a few hours left, since the release wasn't at midnight, and the announcement said "10 days from the release". Once the top 10 is finalized, they do runs with their preferred class until they die, with the top 3 finishers getting the prize money.

Just did a Priest run. Had 5 Kels, 1 Syl & 2 Obsidian statues plus several resurrections!!! But l met the dragon in the end and my statues killed alot of buffed chest and l got milled out of all spells & 2 Kels and lost :'C The 7th boss died while l had 6 Kels & 1 Syl out XD

It is very hard to build a broken priest deck in this since the priest selections seem to lack focus almost entirely. You will struggle to get cheap minions, or removal. They will shower you in buffs and mid sized minions which aren't all that good. You are somewhat forced into dragon, c'thun or some kind of spell value deck via things like teacher or lyra. Anduins death knight is good, but not for it's hero power. You will be saving it as a removal for 5+ minions.
