But volume ,mass are constant there..but in this case air moves upward when temperature increased so mass decreases ..so force, pressure decrease simultaneously as force(weigh of air)=mass×acceleration of gravity and pressure=force /area ....

Does the anticyclone inhibits stops the process of the jet streams For example: does the high pressure system pushes away the progress of the low pressure system ? Or is the other way around?
