I used to play this on Sega Genesis as a kid. It was okay. I knew it wasn't great, but it gave me something to do. My favorite fighter was the guy with the stretchy robotic arms. I thought he was supposed to be a grimdark version of Inspector Gadget. The last stage sure made an impression on me with its Silver Surfer lookalike final boss in a space station with planet earth visible through the window. When I saw that part of your video it gave me flashbacks.

_World Heroes_ is a poor man's _Street Fighter II_ rip-off and pales in comparison to the far too numerous competitors out there.
