11:37 it’s a Survivor rule. If the vote ends at a tie, there’s a re-vote. The tied vote getters don’t vote again and they’re the only options. If the re-vote is deadlocked, the host opens for the non tied players to discuss which one should be voted out. If the tribe can’t reach a consensus, the tied players become immune and the other players have to draw rocks from a bag (since the tribe couldn’t make a decision, the game decides for the tribe). One of the rocks has a different color from the others, and the player that picks that rock goes home.
