Joe and Mario... You two are awesome people! It's sad that more individuals are not as deep and on this level of thinking. With enough people we will overcome anything and everything! It's a fact. The amazon is a sacred place and needs to be protected by all. It takes someone with a big heart to do the things you guys do. Greatly appreciated and so much respect for you guys!!! It's good to know that there is fantastic people still out there.

A brilliant discussion - thank you for bringing it to us. I too could have listened to Joe and Mario for hours and I hope that you will be able to get them to speak at a future WMC event in person as they really do get their message across very well. Cheers both - hope to see you soon :) \m/

Great interview! So happy to hear Joe talk about speciesism and about the link between zoonotic diseases/pandemics and animal exploitation/consumption. "When you change yourself, you change the world." I went vegan for animals, humans, and the environment 4 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I only wish I had woken up sooner. I also find myself getting very depressed as a vegan living in a non-vegan world as I am constantly surrounded by reminders of the violence and injustice that is being perpetrated on a massive scale against this planet and all the Earthlings who inhabit it. If it wasn't for music like Gojira's, I'm not sure I would be able to cope with merely existing in this world. Thank you for your music and for being caring citizens of this planet.

If you think going vegan is some sort of high road moral decision you may be disappointed to find that plants are living things too. They have rudimentary sight, hearing, respiratory systems and can feel pain. There is nothing a human consumes for sustenance that wasn’t living. It’s just easier for some if the life they’re consuming doesn’t have eyes or can’t scream, which plants also do but at a frequency we can’t hear.

I love that gojira tried to help out with these sort of things. I donated to their fund raiser program.... If I end up getting the charvel I will probably give it to my little brother, or someone who it will make their year. I sold all of my equipment and guitar and peddles and everything else a few years ago so I have nothing to plug it into lol. Sure someone would do more with it then I would even though I love guitar, my life is completely focused around spirituality now. I do miss my evh (5150 iii amp) though.....

Where are the fans of Gojira?? Looks like most don't care about our world...else they'd be here and watch! I guess most people will "wake up" when it's too late to change anything 💔
