Doing it to a metronome like that is probably the hardest way you could have possibly done this challenge! To get 60+ like that is probably worth 100 regular pushups. Also really impressed with the girl who did 30+! It must be getting tough to think of new challenge ideas now! 😂 Perhaps a v-sit hold for as long as possible, that one might have the women as favourites!

Yes, it’s quite hard because most of us underestimated that. And normally most of us easily can do 50+. But with rest…standing in plank and start over. Will see… maybe it will be somehow a circuit/crossfit challenge 😅 Thank you for your advice and happy Easter 🐣

If you want to do more, start doing push -ups on your knees. It’s less pressure and should be less painful for your wrists 💪🏼

You can not rest on the ground while doing push ups:) The quality of push up is most important, cheaters will always do more....
