Ни чего уникального здесь нет, моя бабушка и мама всегда готовили свиной рубец фаршированный мясом, картошкой, чесноком или мясом перловкой, лук и морковь. Отваривали сначала в кастрюле а потом запекали в русской печке до румяной корочки. Очень вкусно было.
