For this April 1st collab, The World Of Kaiserreich series crosses over into the wonderful world of Equestria At War. Equestria at War is a mod based upon My Little Pony in a fantasy-technological setting. Featuring a custom map with over 96 immersive focus trees on two, soon to be three continents, branching out into many, many paths and several unique research branches. There are opportunities for all types of gameplay, from a light-hearted story-based game to hardcore kill-them-all world conquest challenges. Tons of original art done from scratch by the in-house artists, as well as custom 3D models for ponies, changelings and griffons.
Want to reunite an empire whose glory days seem past? Want to unite a squabbling set of states and lead them into a new future? Want revenge on those ponies that defeated you with the 'magic of friendship'? All this, and more is available in Equestria at War.

It's unironically one of the best mods for Hoi4. The whole pony thing is irrelevant to the gameplay, other than some silly flavor texts here and there. But at its core it's an incredibly balanced HOI4 mod with a brand new map to strategize over, and dozens and dozens of really fun nations to play, with each of them capable of war crimes and global conquest. Good times.

It's not really bad, it has a lot of story telling and ideas, but there isn't as much you can really do, you are extremely constrained, especially as certain nations. EaW and KR both have stories that the tell, but it's generally up to you what you actually do, and how the stories play out.
