Use earbuds or headphones, turn the other cars sound up in settings. Once you get used to running near other people the sprints are easier in cockpit cam. Start in the 305 and 360s

Maybe it's an easier learning curve on wheel but this game is very playable on controller too, i beat people using wheels online all the time

I can't believe theirs horrible so-called reviewers that are calling this game trash and telling people not to buy it. I checked out one, and he literally went around the track twice and parked it and called it a copy and paste. Also claiming sales are going to be horrible. The 22 game was a huge success. I really doubt this one is gonna have any problems at all coming close or even passing the og one in sales. This is a great game if your a console racer by far...Theirs also new cars and content coming soon I just read for the game. Fingers crossed for a street stock body change...

Really curious to see how the non wings race on smaller tracks. In real life those cars really shine on bullrings in my opinion. Moreso than the winged cars

You will struggle for awhile in the cockpit cam sprints. Eventually it will all just click. Throttle control is a skill this game will force you to build

I played a little bit of World of Outlaws Dirt Racing but asked for a refund (I'm not the biggest fan of dirt racing). I hope this game is fun and maybe it will make me like dirt racing more, especially if the career mode is cool. (I'll see if I can buy the standard edition and I also liked the games that Monster Games makes).

I don't know about slower lap times but I have noticed it makes it harder to hold a line without feathering the throttle because you slide up the track when its slicker. Honestly the physics are amazing.

I am hoping the online multiplayer is more respectful and cleaner racing similar to iracing but im thinking not cause there isn't really any penalties for driving rough, and it's arcade style compared to iracing that is simulation but either way it's the best dirt racing game out for console and i understand that

Default setups are a bit more sensible now, but I still find myself taking the stagger out. In general, I think the physics are better. Bui the midgets feel a bit 'flat'.
