I understand that things happen, but you got to keep a cool head out there. I say suspend both Erb and the crew member. Since Erb has had run ins before, I suggest making him ineligible for points for 2 or 3 season. I never like the nuclear “ban for life” thing, but put them in the grandstands a season or two and they’ll learn. I don’t know anything about the WoO rulebook, but this is just my opinion.

In the aftermath of the incident, World Racing Group officials have suspended Tyler Erb indefinitely from all World of Outlaws / DIRTcar Racing sanctioned events and tracks, under the enforcement of World of Outlaws Rulebook 11.1 C - F - J .
