RNG is the easiest way to control win rate. Just fuck your aim and let the shots dance on the edge of your aiming circle, then your win rate is fixed. Nothing is random on the game designer side lol especially for competitive games that designs to fuck you and let you have a good time so that you get addicted and pay them lol.

And yet good players have 60%+ win rates and bad players have 40%-45% win rates. If it’s fixed like you claim then everyone would be ≈50%
