I think you may be mistaken about what happened with WG attempt at SBM. I think they did some special things for under 5k battles but I doubt if the MM Gods were making you fluctuate around 50%. 1. They don't have enough players on the NA server most of the time to do this. 2. They would be burning a lot more server cycles to do this. I do not think they are personal Gods! I would like to see fewer BORING STEAMROLLs and this could be accomplished by putting two higher WR players on each team so that Unicom's cannot seal club. Of course that means that the high WR players will whinge because their WR would reflect true competition rather than seal clubbing in STEAM ROLLs. Enjoy your stuff!

Do you think that the Matchmaker hasn't changed from the skills based one that they introduced? It seems like they said they reverted it to the old system, but it is still abysmal. The number of times that I get three or four players in my team doing ZERO damage is statistically significant.

Are you of the impression that there is some information manipulation at hand, cause i am and knowing how things went with PC i am not optimistic? I am not talking about unspecified soft stats and their effect and I actually think that one should drive the vehicle in order to learn about it. What i am talking about is penetration not being determined by armour profile and angles as well as the upper-lower pen. spread values, but by other factors. I had to edit again but that FV game in which Jageroo finishes your tank of with that instantly aimed shot, goes to prove that in some cases aiming or who knows, even actually hitting the target vehicle, might not be necessary, because it accommodates faster end of the game.

BTW, the tournaments are boring, that is why only 100 people watch, The format needs to change somehow. They try to cover it with a drones eye view with commentary and it just doesn't grab the viewer.

WOTB player base keeps getting smaller. i have only been playing 9 months and count the players on NA. I have two accounts. i started a new one because I couldn't get into my original for a while. The older account I learned on is 8k battles at 43%. I play around 52% or 2k battles on the new account. I have spent a fair amount of money on this game probably $1k+ or more. WG as a business needs more new players to join WOTB to grow the WOTB customer base and spend more. With UNICUM platoons and STEAMROLL/seal clubbing games it discourages new and average players. Too many games are 7-0, 7-3, 7-2. Of course high WR players do not want SBM (maybe two high WR on each team?) because they would have to work harder to maintain their WR rate egos. But if new players don't come in and average players are not having fun, the WOTB customer base will not grow. Then WG will just harvest whatever revenues they can with more and more silly premiums and gambling and quit investing in the game.

I find it hilarious that the "better" players in the game squealed, whined and cried like a three year old having a temper tantrum over the skill based match making. My lifetime WR with old matchmaking was 52.29%. During skilled based matchmaking it went up to 52.33%. Proves to me I am at my skill level. However, you get toxic pieces of shit like mr_snuggle from Bushka's SURLY clan whose WR over the skill based matchmaking dropped over 10% proving that he is certainly not a 58% player. Most of these WR clowns got there from playing in platoons over 70% of the time in over powered tanks like the Keni Otsu.

@@freethinker9542 The problems with SBMM were discussed numerous times. All the major CCs discussed it. It was great for lower WR players... but good players were often matched with VERY low WR players against a more mid WR team, since there aren't enough "good" players to seed both teams with an equal amount of skill levels playing pubs at the same time in the same tier, pressing "battle" at the same time. This punished good players that know the game and the steamrolls were just as often, but way more predictable since it was rigged against you. A team full of 55% against one 70% and 6 40%s is a loss... period. It was like that for 55%, 60%, and 65%, too. The game wasn't making it equal on both sides, they were using the average WR of both teams and didn't care how it got there. Sure, for 45 - 50% it was fine, since that is a lot of the player base and there are plenty to choose from... for everyone above that, it was pure piss.
