Absolutely awful camera work. It's like they were trying to cut away to a different tank just before every big moment...then switch back after its over. Then overlaying the player photo over the tank so you cant see the tank at all? Who ever was directing that mess needs to be fired....

Why doesn't Wargaming put a competitive game mode into the game like what we see here? If they would just make a competitive mode that was 7 vs 7 all same tier (best of three) that any one with a tier 5 and up can Participate in, and provide insensitive's to play in this new game mode like; skill based match making, personal reserves (Credit boosters in high tiers 9 and 10, and experience boosters for the lower tiers 5-8 for wins) as rewards, and enable team voice coms. WGL would likely start to see a lot more viewer's if only such a game mode existed in-game, and It would bring back some the older players, and get more people interested in the game again.

Uncle Doge if he didn't watch the video, he would never see for himself that these tactics are garbage. 99% of WoT players have no understanding of tank tactics and as a former 'armored recon' vehicle commander i think that is a shame.

first, you have to understand the difference between a tactic and a strategy. A tactic is the overall battle plan and a strategy is some sort of manoeuvre. So, there is also just so much tactic the world of tanks maps can over, so the tactic often is just a simple "go north and defend" however, the strategy and the strategic positioning of different kind of tanks in these matches is absurdly high. every tank fulfils a specific role with a very specific task in a very specific position. autoloaders, heavy tanks, light tanks and the tier 6 filler tank. actually, especially the tier 6 filler tank, since its battle capacity is quite low it´s often used for tactical! scouting (note: I do not say strategic, but tactical scouting)
