On back side of box, it says.. "contains 1 painted plastic tank". But model is only primed. :D

I never got the tank to work with the HE gun. Its useless

Are there ways to stack up "change hits to criticals" effect? It could be the way perhaps?

I really enjoy the axis and allies miniatures better. At least they're painted. Otherwise the miniature is good. Is the game costly to buy into ??? Keep up the good work!! J

depends on the budget I guess. the starter box gets you everything you need including 4 decent tanks and runs 50 USD. Each upgrade pack runs around 12 USD.
