World of Tanks Original Soundtrack: Studzianki featuring Polish band Żywiołak

A small hamlet nested deep in the Polish countryside. Heard from afar is a choir of maidens. The tune is fun but their voices can’t hide the feeling of anxiety. This song used to be sung by the young in their moments of joy. But now that the country is struck by war, the girls want this song to echo across the vast distance, encouraging the country’s defenders.
While working on the map, the World of Tanks team collaborated with the Polish folk band Żywiołak. Every time tankers battle on this map, they will hear the band singing the famous folk song “W moim ogródecku” which has been set as the main theme for this location.

What fascinates me the most about most comment sections regarding something good about Poland, is, that we get overwhelming comments from every country, especially other slavic countries and from the Hungarians, but also from South Americans, Asians, North Americans but I barely see any comments from Germans, only with few exceptions. What me as a Pole makes me happy the most, that we get positive comments from Russians. Sadly Politics make us enemies, but when I watched videos about how Russian Civilians talking about Poland it just warmed my heart and I hope that someday we turn into real friends, because we are indeed people with the same origing and similar culture and language. German here: I am from the Ruhr area and I grew up with a lot of polish friends here. We played together outside as kids and got to lunch to each others home. I ate the best Pierogi ever and my polish friends ate "Wirsingrouladen" at our home. We went to Zakopane, Glatz and Stettin to make holiday and enjoyed it really much. Today we are adults and we do not differentiate anymore between what is polish or what is german. Overall we feel more like Europeans - I am just born in Germany.
