That "Tips for every map," can it be a thing pls I love your content! I was gonna post on reddit on what more small plays I can do to improve in the game, your video was good timing! I started my first line on the German (kinda my country) cruisers, (cause I thought cruisers would be more interesting to play, just me). I want to reach the Hindenburg, but since the Roon was apparently hard to play, I wanted to find more videos on how to improve myself instead. It was a bit hard to find stuff because cruisers are kinda the jack of all trades. I see here and there that I should group up and support BBs, but I am conflicted since I tend to focus on objectives and immediately start capping if I'm like nearest to the outer caps. 872 games in, I think I just need to play more I guess, and like you said, good friends with similar mindsets. With little communication, every game is just so wacky when soloing, you can't get everyone to group up. Thanks for this video, it really helps.

A Wiseman once said, "in order to keep winning, one must posses tiger blood and Adonis DNA". It was either Aristotle, Confucius, or Charlie Sheen..... Seriously though, this is good advice that I wish could be trumpeted to the 3-4-5 players camping at A or C base, with only 1-2(or even 0) enemy players opposing them, while their other 2-3-4 teammates are being stomped by the 4-7 enemy players on their side!

Thanks man, good & valid points. You speak of the same things that we have always banged on about in our fleet on the European server. The only area where I differ myself to you is the part about cruisers. I have played 10k games @ over 83% I have played maybe 8k games of those games in cruisers. You are totally right about the bad players too, sometimes you just can’t carry hard enough in some games. You come out of some games sweating, it’s a pixel game for relaxing ffs 😂 Good of you to share with other people though, good effort pal.

Yeah, his comment about cruisers was a little... strange. Hindenburg is an absolute monster if played correctly. And you don't use a cruiser to overpower the enemy yourself, you use it to erase destroyers so your battleship and CV teammates can overpower the enemy.

Thank you! I don’t recommend cruisers if your goal is exclusively to win as much as possible. Meaning your goal is not to have fun, or progress in a tech tree... if the only goal is winning, then you want the most OP ships in each tier, which are seldom cruisers and mostly battleships, high tier carriers, and destroyers. I numbered 2 ways to carry: 1) you’re detected, 2) you’re not detected. If #1, then you want as much hit points and power as possible so that you can survive the longest (hit points) and do as much damage as possible. If we talk exclusively about which ships have the most hit points and damage, battleships win most of the time. Imagine it this way: The goal is #1, you’re detected, and you’re going to 1v1 someone. Your options are cruiser or battleship. Battleships hunt cruisers; cruisers don’t hunt battleships. So if you’re playing detected, you want to be in a battleship to survive the longest and do as much damage as possible. Now if #2, you play undetected, your options are destroyer or aircraft carrier. If you remain undetected your hit points don’t matter, so what matters is damage; therefore, for #2 play the ships that are the easiest to do the most damage. In some tiers it is destroyers and in others it is aircraft carriers. Cruisers will almost always be detected when attacking enemies, so you’ll have less hit points to spare and less damage potential because your DPS is 100% dependent on your survival, which is weak. This is why I recommend battleships, carriers, and destroyers over cruisers if your one and only goal is to increase your win rate as much as possible. Your 83% win rate with mostly cruisers is great! I’m not saying cruisers are bad to play, and they certainly are fun - I play cruisers too - but remember my statement was extremely conditional of optimizing win rate (win as much as possible) with no other goals

Remember one thing. If it wasn't for the 40 to 48% win rate players nobody would have 80% or higher win rates. The average win rate for the game has to be 50%. Plus if your play isn't that good you will have problems either getting friends added or teaming up. High tier matches are a completely different game than mid or low tier games. Low and mid tier or more like bar room brawls.

Still sat at 52% as I only play solo... trouble is that I’ll have a few good matches in a row before a streak of absolutely horrific matches to balance it out so I can never raise it.

Solmon it depends on how much you enjoy playing the West Virginia. Only play the ships you enjoy. North Carolina is a fantastic ship, so I encourage you to play it. Ultimately if you aren't having fun in the North Carolina then absolutely grind free XP with a premium that you enjoy so that you can skip to the Iowa.

Precise aiming works for main and secondary guns. To improve AA ur ship needs to have the air defense alert skill and for the aircraft you can't really do much unless you put some supplies, equipment or level up your commander to install the skills that will benefit your aircraft
