No offense, but the aiming part of the video is half true; aiming at the superstructure will make shells overpen, is correct on paper, but not so true in the real battle. Aiming at the citadel directly, is correct on paper, but isn’t true in battle. Even Yamato who fires at the center of an Iowa will just cause normal pens and less citadels or even worse, just ricochets.

I'm a legend rank player... all the things he said are true also don't charge blindly predict where your shells are gonna land after your opponent turns also if you deal heavy damage to a battleship don't keep aiming at the same place the maximum damage inflicted on one part will show it black and rusted and you won't be able to deal more damage to it except for overpens... aim for the center after the front and back try to get close to the battleship except if its a german one because they have lots of ap shells if your far away try to aim for the top deck to hit the modules and disable some of his main batteries so he can't fire a full salvo back also it deals a lot of damage.

The thing about ships being blackened only affects the PC version. In blitz, the entire ship gets blackened according to damage received/remaining health. From my experience, the blackening in blitz has never affected damage. *I play the PC version too

I do try to use this, but it usually doesn't work. I am either surrounded by destroyers and then they spam me with torpedoes, plus all of my teammates simply run away, or I am all of a sudden facing 3 battleships at once since I can't always keep an eye on my surroundings. Any idea on how to keep an eye on my surroundings quick?

Good vid. I try to stay near cruisers and other battles ships. But when I get into a battle, the other ship would just escape lol. Then I ask them open fire on other ship the also run away. Any suggestions?? Haha

Best thing that us as players can do is to get 2 people to form a division. This reduces the number of random teammates as your selected buddies will be more reliable and work better together.

What are those buttons on the left over your ship accelerator thingy buttons? The ship shaped button and a bar horizontal?

The 'bar' thing allows you to look about without turning your turrets. The 'ship' shaped button enables or disables auto lock on, which is useful when many enemy ships are clumped together.
