Because they are original, funny, with catchy music, most of what's made in the west now is the same mass produced bull with no originaity and a over dependence on trends and voice synthesizers (auto-tune), and WAYYYY to much untasteful bass. Don't get me wrong we have some gems here, but personally I find much more enjoyment in listening to bands/artists from Japan (such as this).

Not to mention, I find the style of Asian music to be more preferable and the Language to be quite beautiful at times. Also to many of the songs in the U.S. are about drugs, violence, personal gain, and explosive/hateful relationship brake-ups for my taste.

I don't speak Japanese and I never bothered looking up the lyrics for the song. I actually make sure to disable the cc every time I watch the video because only the visual and the melody makes me happy😊.
