1. Wake up early in the morning ( waking up early will activate your metabolism sooner ) 2. Drink plenty of water ( A cup of lukewarm water in the morning is mandatory) 3. Exercise and be active. 4. Try to eat less after 7 or 8 in the evening. 5. Avoid red meat and chilies
