Normally they're not supposed to, but saving and loading removes their cooldown. Can't be done in multiplayer, obviously, but damn is it useful here.

One tip when infiltrating your own stuff like this: After you've let go of the waypoint and they both start walking, you can select the Engineer and tell him to go elsewhere and the Spy is still gonna go inside and get the job done, so you don't have to waste the engineer or repairing 1HP and use it otherwise. Just thought I'd let you know. :)

Hey, I cant force Spy to go into battle lab. Could someone show this step by step?

Sometimes when I mess up the first time, I can't do it again at all. You use the waypoint command (Z by default) to first order the Engineer into the Tech Center, but you don't let go of it. Unselect the Engineer and select the Spy, then click on the end of the Engineer's waypoint. If done correctly the Spy should join the engineer's path. Oh, and the glitch doesn't work in Yuri's Revenge or I would have used it on the last mission (and probably some others).

What is the realistic difference in gameplay and difficulty of speedrunning this on easy vs hard? Maybe you should disclose the difficulty, just so people know what's goin on. Also, are you gonna do Soviet, both easy and hard? To set the newest record n shit

You can see the difficulty from start. I don't mention it as I get enough shit from KZbin commenters who will never run the game themselves as it is. I do plan on doing Soviet again, since I can probably beat Volound's record with the new glitch if I can manage to use it, even on hard.

Oh, that. Once all of the production buildings in an enemy faction is wiped, they initiate a fire sale and send everything they have at you, wherever you are. It's easier if you're in one location so the enemy focuses on that, rather than split up and take longer.
