it might be that instead of a level cap they made the increase per level (10%) lower at or above a certain level, which we would see improvements but it'll get less and less over time or it might just be that its actually just a level cap that hasn't been implemented visually, just in code

<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="351">5:51</a> I don't think that it works like that, its like 10% of from base stats and not from the previous level (ex:- if a bug is at level 11 has 2000 health and 200 dps its base stats should be 1000 health and 100 dps so for 10% increase it will be 2100 health and 210 dps at level 12 and level 34 it should be 4300 health and 430 dps (concept of simple intrest) but The AI used concept of Compound Interest which is if at level 1 it is 1000 HP and 100 DPS at level 2 it will be 1100 HP and 110 DPS but at level 3 it will be 1210 HP and 121 DPS which seems less but makes very significant difference at high level

clash royale uses compound interest, thats why the super mini pekka has such a strange amount of damages it has something like 99999 damages/hit at lvl 9 wich was the old tournament standart
