Ok, I've been playing the game far too long to not know this, but why do players go cull? It costs 450 gold and it sells for 180 gold. It gives you one extra gold per minion kill for 100 minions, so +280 gold, and gives 350 gold on item completion, for a total of 630 gold. So you profit 180 gold by buying it, stacking it, and selling it. So you put yourself in a power trough early game so you can snowball the advantage of 180 gold? Wouldn't you just buy an item that gives you better stats and snowball through lane instead? (I forgot I was watching an ap gp video. you do cull dematerializer so you can one shot the backline... )

I mean shadow flame does alot more dmg and they both are usually built at the same time. The only real benefit of horizon is that it gives vision which is really op, like I would take it over shadowflame on rift with caster types.
