I did all COD 4 easter eggs, the poop his to mix in the bowl with the crushed skull powder and the burnt wood to make the toxi waste to put over the stone in the water room then kill a zombie over it with Firebomb on your weapon and make it blow over the gaz.....but when you put the poop on the rock you have to wait for 2 round for it to have a green gaz coming over it, then firebomb the zombie to go into the other dimension and destroy the pustules in that area.
