Dude, casually clearing this in that time is crazy. I have over 27 hours in my first save right now and no wiki or anything. I have been exploring tons and having fun, but not cleared phase 2 of space station yet lmao. Good run!

There aren't any. It's a new general setting where you can choose not to leave behind anything on death.

Maybe don't watch Any% then? That's literally about just going as fast as possible. As mentioned by someone else, there are different speedrun categories for this exact reason. If you don't like glitches, there's an entire category called no major glitches (NMG) just for you!
