The Implementation of the world runes is actuall so good and Lore accurate. Ryze wouldnt use them normally but since this is Doom Bot Ryze, one could argue he has gone mad

Well done, this is really well thought out! At first I thought that Rd was useless... but then I realized it can actually be very bad if against an ability based team comp, their abilities can also hit each other! It's hard to imagine you'd intentionally hit your ally with basic attacks... But with abilities? oh boy that's scary! I'd like to imagine an Ally Viegar ults his team mate xDDD Or an Ekko "Running away with his R" only to kill several of his team mates! XDDD That sounds mental!

Riot should take notes. The use of the World Rune’s in his ult is so well thought out and great. I’d love for riot to someday do the same thing! Maybe you could have more than one world rune, but have access to only three or four per round or have to choose which one’s you’ll have for that round only and the rest disappear after collecting the three or four you want. Having all 5 would be too overpowered.😊❤

The Betrayal state as a CC is original, would be interesting to see it in-game. It wouldn't be a hard CC but it would be very effective in teamfights. The rest of the rework is nice, although Ryze would kinda lose his battlemage identity without the Q reset passive.
